With new additions to its portfolio, Mettler Toledo can provide manufacturers with technologies for all of their product inspection needs - metal detection, checkweighing, x-ray and vision inspection - from one source.
Producers across industries will be able to receive tailored and integrated product inspection solutions to increase product safety, boost productivity and optimise product quality while ensuring compliance with industry standards.
Mettler Toledo will unveil at this year’s Interpack exhibition ProdX, a data management connectivity software solution that integrates data collection for check weighing, metal detection and x-ray technologies. Built on four principles - safety, clarity, productivity and security - ProdX is a centralised software platform enabling real-time performance monitoring from multiple locations.
To demonstrate its 360o Product Inspection capabilities, Mettler Toledo will showcase the latest advances in its x-ray inspection systems, metal detectors, checkweighers and static scales at Interpack. It will also demonstrate its newest product line - CI-Vision, high-speed vision inspection systems, which provide total inspection of the finished label, print, closure and container to guarantee the optimal condition of the packaged product.
The Mettler Toledo Service UpTeam will also present its global service portfolio, which includes compliance
consultation, equipment performance verification audits and technical support. Customers benefit from the company’s extensive expertise and worldwide presence.
“In today’s fast-paced, international economy where regulations and demands change quite frequently, our customers are looking for complete guidance on ensuring product safety and quality throughout their entire lines,” said Jana Meier, Head of Marketing & Inside Sales, Mettler Toledo Product Inspection Germany.
“With our 360o Product Inspection capability, we are well equipped to support companies wherever they are located and design the ideal product inspection solution to meet their specific application needs.”
Mettler Toldeo will also be showcasing the latest in industrial weighing technologies:
The Freeweigh.Net software solution is an integrated system for statistical quality control which forms the basis for transparency across processes, as well as cost savings throughout the entire packaging industry. It is used for the acquisition and analysis of data from quality and process control systems, for example for statistical fill-level monitoring, as well as for documenting data in accordance with applicable guidelines.
A new series of compact Industrial Commercial Scales (ICS) feature a wide array of user menu functions, hygienic designs and conform to production and warehouse requirements, plus food industry standards.
Interested parties can book a 360o Product Inspection Concept Tour at the company’s booth.
