For Multible bookings Agencies can regard this as a new revenue source:
Agencies booking three or more client advertorial placements will receive an agency commission on the booking rate.

To qualify for commissions or additional frequency discounts inserts must be booked, and billed in advance.

As the PR Agency is booking the space, these can be used on behalf of multiple clients.
