Pact Group receives approval for acquisition of Power Plastics, AUSTRALIA – Pact Group Holdings has been given the green light to proceed with its proposed acquisition of Power Plastics from the Australian Competition and Consumer Commission (ACCC).
AUSTRALIA –
Pact Group Holdings has been given the green light to proceed with its proposed acquisition of Power Plastics from the Australian Competition and Consumer Commission (ACCC).

Pact – which is listed on the Australian Stock Exchange and manufacturers plastic and non-plastic packaging products for food, beverage and industrial applications - is the second largest supplier of PET containers in New South Wales (NSW).

Power Plastics, which manufactures PET and non-beverage rigid plastic containers, is the third largest PET container supplier in the state.
