KHS exits Chinese packaging joint venture

CHINA - Packaging and filling systems company KHS GmbH is divesting itself of its 70% majority holding in the Chinese joint venture Guangdong Light Industry Machinery No. 2 Plant Co., Ltd (GLM2), a filling technology provider for the beer industry.
