CHINA – PepsiCo has formed an alliance with Tingyi-Asahi Beverages (TAB) that will make the Chinese company PepsiCo’s franchise bottler in China – with responsibility for manufacturing, sales and distribution of the US beverage giant’s Pepsi, Miranda and Gatorade brands.
