SINGAPORE – Thailand’s Kindest Place Groups has made a counter offer for Fraser & Neave Limited (F&N)’s direct stake in Asia Pacific Breweries (APB), after the F&N Board accepted Heineken’s S$5.28 billion (EUR3.42 billion) offer.
