JAPAN/TURKEY – Toyo Ink SC Holdings Co Ltd is expanding its market presence outside of Japan, with the establishment of a wholly-owned subsidiary in Turkey.
Toyo Ink Turkey Kimya Sanayi A.?. was officially opened in Istanbul, Turkey, in mid-January 2015 with a paid-in capital of 6.38 million Turkish liras. Satoshi Nakajima is serving as the subsidiary’s company president.
The Japanese company is targeting the North African region’s markets for commercial printing, food packaging, automobile and electronics, and will use the Turkey office to import and sell Toyo Ink Group products into those sectors.
