CHINA – Local converter Copco Industrial Co Limited has developed a special spray trigger that are difficult for children to open, yet are easy for adults to operate.
When the new trigger sprayer is used, the handle must first be pressed down, then the nozzle turned to the "spray-on" position. The nozzle’s on/off positions are very clear and easy to distinguish.
This effectively keeps children from coming into contact with the product contained – particularly chemical products - in comparison to conventional triggers which only feature a nozzle that turns to an open position to allow the handle to be depressed, spraying out product immediately.
This trigger sprayer is available with 28/400 and 28/410 closures, and both closures have ratchets at the bottom of the inner wall. Once the closure is screwed on the bottle, it can be locked immediately, preventing accidental spills or curious children from opening the closure.
Produced from polypropylene, each part of this trigger sprayer from Copco can be coloured individually for visual shelf impact.
Copco is a Guangdong-based company specializing in packaging for use in cleaning, cosmetics, pharmaceutical and food applications.
