For a watermelon juice product, one design agency decided to develop an intuitive package that is not only eye-catching, but also reflects the product contents itself and create the desire in shoppers to consume it.

Juice packaging pays homage to the fruit itself, Imagemme, packaging, Asia, USThe Melo watermelon juice is attractively packaged in a bottle designed by US agency Imagemme and features a rounded package shape and dark green color that reminds consumers of a watermelon.

According to Imagemme, the design agency had been tasked to create a mouth-watering, intuitive package that immediately attracts consumers and begins to satiate thirst as soon as they lay their eyes on it.

“We wanted to bring the product’s purity to the forefront while maintaining easy shopability for consumers,” the agency explained.

“The curvature of the bottle is an homage to the watermelon, with an eye towards ergonomics and transportability.”

In addition, because the type of packaging changes the taste of the product, a sustainable BPA-free bottle was chosen.
