Dutch brewery Heineken is launching its new 330ml "tactile" can and bottle in Vietnam.

The innovative beer packaging design was first introduced by Heineken in 2010 and features the application of tactile ink and a 360-degree curve on the outside for a fluid and dynamic look.

By using tactile ink, Heineken’s beer packaging gives the visual impression of condensation on the outside and provides a pleasant tactile experience and “a refreshed touch”, says the company.

The new packaging is currently being launched in 170 markets worldwide, and for the Vietnamese market, Heineken is planning to celebrate the launch of the new tactile can and bottle in the country Heineken launches tactile beer packaging in Vietnam, Heineken, Vietnam Brewery Ltd, Asia Pacific Breweries, packaging by "surprising" its domestic consumers with the first-ever Heineken Cruise Party, a Heineken Digital Light-up-the-bottle experience, Heineken Iconic Music Festival and a Heineken Quality Experience Brewery tour.
